In a city torn apart by rival gangs, Chico discovers a hidden stash of heroin belonging to the former leader, now deceased. He seizes the opportunity to fuel the conflict and claim the stash for himself. Along the way, Chico forms an unlikely bond with a young boy whose father, a samurai assassin, is secretly working for the opposing gang.
