Tommy Banning and his friends, "Pig", "Ape", and "String", work at a department store where the executive, Frank Moulto, has a crush on Tommy's sister, Sheila. However, Frank is also involved with a group of truck hijackers and tries to get Tommy to join them. When Tommy refuses, Frank frames him for stealing jewelry and gets him arrested.
