Warren's lover has recently moved out of his apartment, leaving an extra room and a looming rent payment. In an effort to catch up on his rent, Warren's friend posts an ad for a male roommate. The ad attracts Frankie, a pizza baker who's also an aspiring actor. After a tumultuous experience with his brother and girlfriend, Frankie decides to leave his family's home in The Bronx and answer Warren's ad, mistakenly believing GWM stands for "Guy With Money."
