A young job seeker, Jack Sweeny, is rejected by a bank due to his criminal past. He meets Rebecca and becomes embroiled in a chaotic shootout between criminals and police over a suitcase containing plates for counterfeiting bank notes. Jack seizes the plates and tries to sell them through his friend Zippo, but soon finds himself in a deadly game of cat and mouse, with multiple groups vying for the plates and Jack's life.
