Framed by gamblers, Muggs is banned from horse racing. He rallies to save Ma Brown's stable from foreclosure by collecting funds. But a key gambler's change of heart sets off a chain reaction, as the others conspire to silence him and ruin Muggs and Ma Brown's reputation.

A retired horse racing champion, Muggs, is wrongly accused by bookmakers and subsequently prohibited from competing, leading him on a mission to collect funds and rescue his owner's horse farm from being repossessed.
