Two ordinary girls, Onneli and Anneli, live in a house designed by Rosewood. When a new children's home opens nearby, a missing boy named Pekki is found living on the beach. Pekki tells the girls about the strict leader, Minna Pinta, and how unhappy the children are. Onneli, Anneli, and Pekki form the Rosvoliiton and work to make the children's home a happier place. With the help of Small Vaccinators and other Rosewood residents, they succeed, and the mysterious Rosewood is revealed to be behind the magic.
