A group of college students on winter break take a detour into rural West Virginia, where they uncover a local legend about a black truck driver named Ray Williams, who was brutally beaten and left for dead in an empty cornfield. Fifteen years later, whispers of the incident still linger, and some believe Williams, now known as Plasterhead, still roams the woods, surviving on wildlife and with a ghostly white visage.
