Two childhood friends, Halil, a Muslim, and Milan, a Serb, grew up together near a deserted tunnel connecting Belgrade and Zagreb, but never dared to enter, fearing an ogre lived inside. Twelve years later, during the war, Milan, trapped in the tunnel with his troop, and Halil, find themselves on opposite sides, destined for a fateful confrontation.
