Claire, the owner of an ice show, is on the brink of bankruptcy due to her star performer, Belita, leaving to marry her sweetheart. Claire is in love with Danny, a singer with the show, but refuses to marry until the show is successful again. When a young orphan named Katrina arrives, Claire wants to adopt her but is unable to due to her unmarried status. Claire decides to marry Danny, but unbeknownst to her, Danny has been pursuing Belita and becomes engaged to both women.
