A secret shipment of genetically engineered Scorpion fetuses lies dormant in the craft's hull, created by Dr. Jennifer Ryan and her team to develop a vaccine. Meanwhile, two brothers, Yaffi and Sudan, sneak onto the plane, plotting to smuggle themselves into America.
