In this film, a hapless individual with an epidemic of bad luck is exploited by a group of old-school mob-run casinos to eliminate high-stakes gamblers. However, when he falls for a cocktail waitress and catches a break, his fortunes take a dramatic turn. The situation spirals out of control when the casino director attempts to sabotage their romance.
