Championship rodeo partners Pepper Lewis and Sonny Gilstrap travel to New York to find their missing friend Nacho, who disappeared while picking up his daughter Theresa. As they search for them, they discover Theresa has been enslaved in a sweatshop after fleeing Cuba. The cowboys use their small-town skills to rescue her from the thugs in a big city adventure that tests the foundation of their friendship.
