Dr. Clement Moloch, a ruthless doctor, uses his skills to torture instead of heal, working for governments to eliminate insurgents. After several failed attempts, Moloch's victims seek revenge. Meanwhile, retired killer for hire Holland is informed of the death of his old friend, who was trying to kill Moloch.
