John Nordley, captain of the sailboat The Aloha, conducts private charters and often takes the boat to unlisted countries, which puts his license at risk. When a customer, Mr. Anselm, requests a sail to Maasvlakte, Holland, Nordley is hesitant, but Anselm assures him it's not for illegal activities. However, things take a turn when Anselm's true identity is revealed, and Nordley is detained in Holland with his boat seized by the police.
