In 1992, a Category 5 hurricane forces Will and Breeze Rutledge to take refuge in a house, where a tragic accident claims their father's life. Years later, a new hurricane approaches Alabama, and Treasury agent Casey Corbyn seeks the help of Breeze, now a handyman, and his brother Will, a meteorologist, to fix a generator at a cash storage facility.
