The Singing Hill

A long-standing tradition of free grazing on inherited land is disrupted when a young woman's decision to relinquish her property sparks a heated dispute among local ranchers.

Gene Autry, as foreman of the Circle R Ranch, tries to convince Jo Adams, the youthful owner, to sell her grazing land to a greedy cattle broker, John R. Ramsey, to ensure the future of local ranchers. However, Jo refuses, and Gene is forced to declare her incompetent and take on her guardianship.
