Three horror stories are presented, each starring Karen Black in dual roles. The first story, "Julie", follows a college student who becomes obsessed with his plain English professor and begins a campaign of lies and manipulation to get her into a compromising position. In the second story, "Millicent and Therese", a spinster tries to convince her twin sister's acquaintances that she is evil and has committed murder, but her plan is threatened when she realizes she may not be able to convince anyone to help her before it's too late. The third story, "Amelia", follows a woman who purchases a Zuni fetish doll as a gift for her boyfriend, but the doll's chain falling off leads to a fundamental change in the doll and her relationship with her mother.
