Under the Yum Yum Tree

The owner of the Centaur Apartment complex, Hogan, rents units to young women at a discounted rate to spy on and seduce them. When his latest conquest, Dr. Irene Wilson, moves out, he's thrilled to rent the apartment to Robin Austin, a college student, and her roommate. What Hogan doesn't know is that Robin is Irene's student and niece, and her roommate is her boyfriend David Manning. Robin and David are testing their compatibility before getting married, but Hogan tries to thwart their romance and pursue Robin himself. Meanwhile, Irene, a professor of Education for Marriage, tries to ensure they stick to their arrangement and protect her niece from Hogan's advances.
