In the 1960s, a bumbling Mexican general leads a motley group of soldiers in a chaotic invasion of Texas, prompting a fierce backlash from local authorities, the National Guard, and the U.S. State Department.

Maximilian Rodrigues De Santos, a Mexican Army General, seeks to prove himself by leading his men in a bold act of heroism. He crosses the border into Texas and re-captures the Alamo, sparking outrage among the Texans. The Texas National Guard is dispatched to retake the mission, but in a bizarre twist, both sides enter the battle with unloaded weapons, due to the State Department's insistence that no one be harmed.
