Elite warriors, joined by a scientist, journey back in time to save comrades stranded in the age of dinosaurs, only to face chaos when a massive prehistoric creature is inadvertently brought back to modern-day Los Angeles.

A team of Navy SEALs, led by a scientist from the Philadelphia Experiment, embark on a mission to rescue a previous team sent back in time to the Cretaceous Period. However, things take a catastrophic turn when the scientist inadvertently brings a massive, flesh-eating dinosaur back through the time portal and into modern-day Los Angeles.
