Baby the Rain Must Fall

Georgette Thomas, with her infant daughter Margaret Rose, leaves Tyler, Texas to reunite with her husband Henry in Columbus, Texas, his hometown. Henry, recently released from prison on parole, is struggling to adjust to family life, having never been responsible for himself, let alone others. The community rallies around him, but Henry's passion for songwriting and performing with his rockabilly band poses a challenge. His unrealistic goal to become the next Elvis Presley adds to his struggles. The biggest obstacle to their happiness may be Miss Kate Dawson, Henry's former caregiver, who believes he's never made a good decision on his own.
