Wandering cowboys Pidge Crosby and Jimmy take a job breaking horses for Tom Pendergrast at the railroad corral. When the horses stampede through town, Pidge gets thrown into jail after trying to impress a girl, Doris Lane. However, things take a turn when big-city gangster Sluggsy Baker is also jailed and sends for his moll to break him out, along with Pidge.
