In this comedy, a sheik who failed to win a previous Cannonball Run is tasked by his father to win the next one. However, he discovers that there is no such race, so he decides to create his own. A group of former Cannonballers, including J.J. and Vince, join the competition, alongside Blake and Fenderbaum. The latter two are in debt to a mobster, who in turn owes money to another individual. In an attempt to settle his debts, the mobster decides to kidnap the sheik and demand a ransom.
