Andy Barclay, now in a foster home, is haunted by the events of the first film. Meanwhile, the manufacturers of Chucky, attempting to salvage their reputation, recreate the killer doll, unknowingly reviving the spirit of serial killer Charles Lee Ray. As Chucky searches for Andy, a trail of bodies follows. Can Andy evade Chucky's grasp, or will the doll succeed in taking over his body?
