Vince, a native of Western Pennsylvania, began his life journey with a less-than-stellar academic record, graduating high school with a "D" average. Feeling lost and uncertain about his future, he took on a janitorial role for a couple of years before a transformative experience at the movie theatre changed the course of his life. Watching Al Pacino and Jeffrey Tambor in "And Justice For All" sparked a desire to pursue acting, and Vince quit his job to pursue his newfound passion.
To prepare himself for the demands of acting, Vince attended a community college for a year, taking remedial classes to improve his grades. His hard work paid off, and he was able to transfer to Penn State University, where he started landing character roles that would become a staple of his career.
After completing his studies at Penn State, Vince was accepted into the Advanced Training Program at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, where he delved deep into the works of Shakespeare, Chekov, Odets, and Shaw. His training at the prestigious institution prepared him for the demands of the stage, and he soon landed his union card while performing in a production of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer's Night Dream" at the Westwood Playhouse in Los Angeles.
The experience in Los Angeles sparked a desire to transition to television and film, and Vince moved to Chicago to pursue stage work. He quickly landed a role in an open-ended run of the long-running production "Shear Madness," which he stayed with for about eight months before deciding to take on new challenges.
Vince's decision to move to Los Angeles marked the beginning of his career in television and film. He landed his first Screen Actors Guild job on the hit show "L.A. Law" and has since become a working actor in stage, film, television, commercials, and animation. Throughout his career, he has been fortunate enough to work with some of the finest actors and directors in the industry.
Some of Vince's most memorable moments on set include sharing In-N-Out burgers with the legendary Johnny Cash while filming "Dr. Quinn," hanging out with Larry David on the set of "Seinfeld," and telling Jeffrey Tambor about his "And Justice For All" story while working on the film "Article 99" in Kansas City.
