A condemned man receives a second chance at life when he is implanted with the memories, skills, and secrets of a deceased CIA agent, and is sent to complete the agent's unfinished mission.
A CIA agent is ambushed and killed in London, but his memories are transferred into a convict's body. The convict, now with the agent's memories, must find the hacker known as "The Dutchman" and make a deal with him before the hacker starts a war by launching ICBM's.
