A psychopathic son of a mass-murdering doctor, who was institutionalized for his own violent tendencies, escapes to exact revenge on the town that caught his father. With a twisted sense of humor, the doctor kills his victims in a series of gruesome and surgical-themed murders, ultimately seeking to harvest a heart for a transplant.
