Fiend background

Fiend

A malevolent entity inhabits the deteriorating body of an elderly man, feeding on the life energy of those nearby to prevent its own decay.

A low-budget horror film from Baltimore director Don Dohler introduces a spirit that reanimates a corpse, Mr. Longfellow, in a gravesite. To sustain life, Mr. Longfellow must drain the life force from the living by constricting their throats. He relocates to a Maryland suburb, where a curious neighbor starts to suspect something is amiss with Mr. Longfellow.
