Two mismatched fugitive recovery agents, Jersey Bellini and B.B., have one final run-in with mobster Wald after capturing his henchmen in the act of a robbery or murder. Wald retaliates by hiring ruthless Crazy Carlos to take them out, but the bumbling bounty hunters continue to find good fortune at the most crucial moments.
