A man with terminal brain cancer attempts to capture a male cobra to obtain a mythical gemstone that will cure his illness and grant him immortality. He captures the male cobra, and the female escapes. The female cobra seeks revenge against those who harmed her mate, taking on a human form and seeking to destroy anyone who gets in her way.
