In the small town of Nainital, the annual cycling race is the most anticipated event. For two years, the arrogant Shekhar Malhotra has dominated the competition, leaving others to struggle for recognition. Sanju and Ratan, brothers from a local college, have always been overshadowed by their privileged counterparts. Their father yearns for Ratan to become the champion, but Sanju's carefree nature and infatuation with the new girl, Devika, lead to a series of events that threaten to ruin their lives.
