In a small Canadian town, students revel in outrageous Halloween parties filled with debauchery. But one year, a mysterious figure crashes the festivities, donning a Halloween mask as he brutally slaughters the revelers with a machete. When Tommy, a partygoer, witnesses his friend Freddy's gruesome murder, no one believes him, and the police are baffled by the disappearance of the corpse. As the slaughter continues, Tommy's paranoia grows, consumed by a terrible suspicion.
