In this coming-of-age story, shy high school student Tara leads a double life as "Radio Rebel", a confident and outspoken voice on the airwaves. When her secret is discovered, she's thrust into a live studio setting, but her newfound fame is threatened when the school's strict principal cancels Prom and the students blame Rebel for the decision.
