As summer approaches, T.J. Detweiler's excitement turns to boredom when his friends head off to various camps, leaving him behind. But his routine is disrupted when he discovers a mysterious green glow emanating from the school auditorium. Former principal Dr. Phillium Benedict and his henchmen are plotting to eliminate summer vacation using a stolen Tractor Beam, aiming to boost US test scores. T.J. and his friends must band together with the entire school community to thwart their plans, ultimately saving the summer and enjoying it with their friends.
