A door-to-door salesman travels through the Mojave Desert in 1998, searching for clients in a seemingly deserted area. As he becomes stranded and isolated, he starts to receive strange threats and becomes paranoid, questioning his own identity and whether he's being targeted or is actually the child killer at large.
