Two friends, Stanley and Paul, try to evade the law by hiding out in a suburban home. Paul, to avoid suspicion, dresses as a woman and poses as Stanley's Aunt Martha. However, Paul's violent nature takes over when he kills a young woman Stanley brings home, and soon the pair's new home becomes a scene of chaos and terror as Paul's violence escalates.
