A promoter seeks a new boxing sensation in a young rock musician who once surprisingly defeated a former champion, potentially dethroning the complacent title holder.
The promoter, Reverend Sultan, seeks a fresh approach to boost boxing match popularity by finding the only fighter to have ever defeated the reigning champion. He discovers a former boxer who is now out of the sport, but a white man, and convinces him to return to the ring.
