Paul Lynde's Halloween celebration is disrupted by mischievous kids, but he soon finds himself in the company of two witches, Margaret and her sister Witchipoo, who want him to be their spokesperson. In return, they grant him three wishes, which he uses to become a rhinestone trucker and a romantic sheik.
