A teenager gets a second chance to redo a disastrous date and redeem himself in the eyes of his crush.
The story revolves around three school friends, Norimichi, Yûsuke, and Jun'ichi, who set out to solve the age-old mystery of whether fireworks appear round or flat from the side. Meanwhile, Nazuna has her own plan to escape with either Norimichi or Yûsuke, depending on the outcome of a pool competition.
