A group of rogue ex-SEALs, led by Frank Ratliffe, kidnap a physicist to force her to help them obtain nuclear bombs. They demand a billion-dollar ransom and will stop at nothing to get it. The former commander of the SEALs, Admiral, forms a team of commandos, including Casey, a retired SEAL, to infiltrate the island and rescue the hostage. The mission is high-risk, and the commandos must use unconventional tactics, such as crossbows and hand-to-hand combat, to take down the enemy.
