Aiysha Jebali's journey began in Aberdeen, where she first discovered her passion for acting at the tender age of six through her involvement with the Texico Theatre's drama summer school.
This early exposure led to supporting roles in productions such as "Bye Bye Birdie" and "Brave Bairns", an adaptation of Braveheart. As she grew older, Aiysha moved with her family to the small town of Huntly in Aberdeenshire, where she attended The Gordon Schools Primary and Secondary.
Throughout her school years, Aiysha excelled in drama class, earning a credit grade in standard grade drama. She also found time to pursue her love of dance, attending various school dance classes and maintaining her martial arts training twice a week.
At the age of 14, Aiysha's hard work paid off when she was selected as one of the top 10 auditionees for Elevate Youth Dance Company, out of an initial pool of over 400 applicants. She re-auditioned the following year and was once again accepted, marking the beginning of her serious interest in performing.
Aiysha's passion for dance led her to attend Dance College in Lossiemouth, Morayshire, where she spent a year honing her skills in dance drama and singing. Although singing was not her strongest suit, she was given a solo monologue and several group dance and song performances in the end-of-year showcase.
After completing her year at Dance College, Aiysha returned to her hometown of Aberdeen, where she met John-William and Graeme Noble and joined their filming group, marking the beginning of her career in the film industry.
In addition to her performing pursuits, Aiysha is also an avid writer, with a particular fondness for poetry. She is currently working on a novel and chapbook of her written works, showcasing her versatility and creative range.
