Alan Lilly's life journey commenced in the quaint and charming West Virginia town of Beckley, where he spent his formative years, immersing himself in the local culture and community, before making the significant move to Florida at the tender age of five, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his life.

He then proceeded to attend Oglethorpe University, a prestigious institution of higher learning, where he pursued his academic interests and developed a strong foundation in various subjects.

Following his time at Oglethorpe University, Alan Lilly transferred to Georgia Tech, a world-renowned institution, where he continued to further his education and broaden his horizons.

After completing his studies at Georgia Tech, Alan Lilly relocated to the University of Colorado, a renowned institution of higher learning, where he earned a degree in Physics, a field that has always fascinated him, and one that has allowed him to apply his analytical mind and problem-solving skills to unravel the mysteries of the universe.

As Alan's academic endeavors drew to a close, he embarked on a journey to indulge his deep-seated passion for the performing arts, immersing himself in the world of community and regional theater. Through this creative outlet, he had the opportunity to bring to life a diverse array of memorable characters, leaving a lasting impression on audiences everywhere. One of his most notable performances was as the titular character in the iconic musical thriller, Sweeney Todd.

In the year 2001, a pivotal moment in Alan's professional trajectory unfolded when he landed a significant role in the feature film Bully, a cinematic masterpiece directed by the acclaimed filmmaker Larry Clark. In this pivotal performance, Alan embodied the complex and multifaceted character of a father grappling with the tumultuous struggles of his troubled teenage son, portrayed with remarkable nuance by the talented Brad Renfro.
