Alexandra hails from the storied neighborhood of Dorchester, nestled within the vibrant city of Boston, Massachusetts, where her formative years laid the foundation for her future endeavors. At the tender age of 17, she made the bold decision to relocate to the city that never sleeps, New York City, in pursuit of a career in the performing arts.
Her academic pursuits took her to the prestigious New York University, where she graduated with honors from the esteemed Tisch School of the Arts, earning a dual degree in Drama and Psychology. Her academic journey was further enriched by her studies at the revered Stella Adler Studio, a renowned institution that has shaped the careers of countless thespians.
Upon completing her studies, Alexandra ventured into the world of professional theatre, performing in a variety of Off-Broadway and Regional productions. Her artistic growth was nurtured by her associations with esteemed mentors, including the late Joseph Chaikin, with whom she had the privilege of participating in his final master classes in New York City. Additionally, she continued her classical theatre training under the guidance of Patsy Rodenburg, a respected authority from The National Theatre in London, further honing her craft and expanding her artistic horizons.
