Amy Walker is a multifaceted artist, renowned for her captivating performances, versatility, and boundless creativity. Her online presence is impressive, with over 40 million views on her YouTube Channel and beyond, featuring her viral "21 Accents" series, beloved characters, songs, and inspirational insights.
Her one-woman show, Amy Walker: Inside Out, has been met with standing ovations in various cities around the world, including London, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sydney, Melbourne, and beyond. This testament to her talent has led to numerous invitations to perform and collaborate with esteemed artists and organizations.
Amy's work has also been featured on Jack White's Third Man Records, where she recorded the album "A Discourse On Accents", a collection of 30 different covers of her work. Her spoken word record was selected by Charles Anderson, artistic director of Company C Ballet in San Francisco, who invited her to perform the piece live while his company danced to her mercurial accents. This unique collaboration was later performed at the famous Joyce theatre in NYC.
In 2017, Amy co-produced "Group-Ease" with YouTube and Elizabeth Banks' comedy company WhoHaha, as part of YouTube's international Women In Comedy program. She co-wrote and starred in the production, playing three characters, including two of her famous YouTube characters, "Janae" and "Eunice", as well as introducing "Skyler", a barista/artist with a passion for creativity.
While filming a recurring character in Germany, Amy recorded 12 original songs with music producer Doron Sayar, with plans to mix and master the tracks in 2019 by her boyfriend, composer/producer/musician Nipun Nair. The duo has also written two pop songs, including "I Got You", which premiered in Vegas in January 2019.
Amy is also the Founder and CEO of 21 Accents, where she occasionally coaches and trains coaches in the unique techniques she has developed for teaching accents, singing, and acting.
