Andrzej Kostenko, a renowned Polish filmmaker, entered this world on June 24, 1936, in the vibrant city of Lódz, which is situated in the picturesque region of Lódzkie, Poland. As a multifaceted creative force, he made his mark on the film industry by exceling in both directing and cinematography, leaving an indelible mark on the cinematic world with his notable works, including the 1962 masterpiece "Mammals", the 1973 critically acclaimed "Rewizja osobista", and the thought-provoking 1977 film "The Evolution of Snuff".
