Angelique Bates, a California native of Haitian/Bahamian/Indigenous descent, achieved an impressive feat by graduating from high school at the tender age of fifteen. With a rich entertainment industry background, she is a seasoned veteran, holding membership in SAG, AFTRA, and ASCAP.
Angelique's early start in the industry dates back to nine months old, where she worked in front of and behind the scenes. She is a beloved figure, having been part of the original cast of Nickelodeon's #1 hit television show "All That" for two seasons. Her episodes continue to be broadcast worldwide, captivating audiences of all ages, from three to up.
Angelique is a passionate advocate for mental health, domestic violence, and sexual assault, having overcome her own experiences as a survivor. Her remarkable achievements include a Lifetime Achievement Award from the White House and AmeriCorps, as well as recognition from the Senator of Georgia and the City of Anaheim, California. She also received the Women's Empowerment Leadership Award and a YouTube plaque for an international single featuring her, which garnered over 200,000 views.
As a domestic abuse, rape, and child abuse survivor, Angelique has worked closely with organizations such as My Friends House, Feed The Children, Habitat Of Humanity (LA),Hashtag Lunch Bag (ATL),La Mission (LA),and Union Rescue Mission (LA). She actively participates in events supporting our brave troops.
Angelique has made iconic appearances on Comedy Central's "Eric & Tim's Awesome Show," Russ Parr's motion picture, and BET's "35 and Ticking," starring Kevin Hart, Meagan Good, and Tamala Jones.
