Anne-Solenne Hattewas, a Eurasian with dual French and Vietnamese origins, was first discovered by French photographer Jean Baptiste Huynh, whose captivating photographs of her caught the attention of her first agent. She has appeared in numerous advertising campaigns for esteemed brands such as Cartier, Biotherm, and Levi's, simultaneously pursuing her education at Paris V and the Sorbonne University.
Anne-Solenne's career in television began with the channel Canal +, which served as a launchpad for her subsequent success. She became the new face and anchor of iTele's daily show, JT Decale, and was in charge of programming for a year. During this time, she was inspired by alternative videos on the web and press pictures, and she chose fascinating guests such as Erik Orsenna and Claude Sarraute for Women's Day.
Although her television show was a huge success, and she thoroughly enjoyed her work as a journalist, Anne-Solenne was determined to pursue her long-standing passion for acting. Her big-screen debut came when she caught the attention of renowned director Steven Soderbergh, starring in Ocean 12. She then attended the prestigious Drama School of Jean-Laurent Cochet in Paris for three years, where she honed her craft under the guidance of the esteemed director.
Anne-Solenne's stage credits include playing the main part in the eponymous play Eurydice, directed by Jean-Laurent Cochet, as well as Gwendoline in Becket, both written by French author Jean Anouilh.
