In 2079, a former CIA operative is accused of treason and brutally interrogated. Meanwhile, the daughter of the US President visits a maximum security prison in space, MS One, to investigate corporate experimentation on prisoners. Chaos erupts when a prisoner takes control of the central control room, releasing inmates, including the leader of the riot. A veteran agent offers the accused operative freedom in exchange for rescuing the president's daughter, but she refuses to leave without the hostages.
