Cruz's journey began in Stockton, California, where she was born and raised. At the tender age of 17, she graduated from Brookside Christian High School, impressively ranking within the top five of her class, and securing three scholarships among her numerous accolades.
She then attended Dominican University of California in San Rafael, a prestigious Catholic private college, where she pursued a degree in print journalism. However, her academic tenure was short-lived, as she transferred to another institution just a year later.
In October 2003, Cruz made the bold decision to enter the adult entertainment industry in San Francisco, mere weeks shy of turning 19. By March 2004, she had made her way to Los Angeles, marking the beginning of her 13-year career in the industry.
It was during this time that Cruz met her future husband, Steve Crest, in June 2004. The couple tied the knot in January 2005 at the Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas, with fans and industry professionals in attendance. Unfortunately, their marriage was short-lived, and they divorced less than two years later.
Beyond her work in the adult entertainment industry, Cruz has been involved in various other projects.
