Austin's modeling career began at the tender age of three, with his first professional photo shoot taking place just two months shy of his fourth birthday, for the Chiquita Company's 2005 annual report. As he grew older, his modeling gigs gradually transitioned into television commercials and shows, voiceover projects, on-screen principal roles, and even live theater performances, with his stage debut at the age of six.
Austin's foray into the world of film was marked by his experience working on the 2009 film "Whip It", directed by Drew Barrymore and starring Ellen Page. Fans of the film may recognize him as Kristen Wiig's six-year-old son, Riley, or as Josh Lucas' son in the 2012 film "Hide Away".
In the realm of theater, Austin has had the opportunity to take on a wide range of roles, including Quasimodo in "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and Professor Moriarty in "Sherlock Holmes". To date, he has performed in an impressive 22 musicals and straight plays, with one notable role being that of Arty in "Lost in Yonkers" at The Dio, a regional equity dinner theatre.
In addition to his acting pursuits, Austin is also a talented musician and athlete. He serves as the percussion section leader for his school's marching band, plays a variety of percussion instruments for the Wind Symphony, performs with the Chamber Choir, and is an Eagle Scout candidate.
